Ripped in 30 day 5 and 30 day shred day 6. Moving to level two and week two of both Dvd’s this friday. Whether or not ten days has come and gone.
Im enjoying the dvds its teaching me patience and tolerance because Jillian gets annoying after day 2 and im patient because my body isnt really changing yet but i am very optimistic.

So i Burned 810 calories doing 109 minutes of cardio exercises, including “Hitt (Running at 8.0-9.0MPH and walking at 3.0-4.0 mph) 30 minutes of pure hell”
After eating everything in sight due to my monthly visitor im back and ready to get my September goals..

So my goal by december 2012 i wanna develop my butt.
I have a small butt but with proper training it’ll be rounder and hopefully a little bigger.

I’ve been told lifting weights will make me unattractive and manly.
Sometimes i give in, into what those naysayers have to say but I’m currently working on ignoring it all and lifting as heavy as i please because when my body looks like hers or better the naysayers will be back seeking advice or better yet my hand in marriage..lol
Ladies don’t drop the dumbbells because a guy tells you he doesn’t want you to be a BIG or MUSCULAR as him.
Drop it on his foot and head to the barbells!!!
